Today I am thankful for:

1. Books! (And the way they can teach us valuable lessons + transport us to a different time or place.) 📖🌍

2. A cup of tea with a good book.

3. Being able to find the EXACT color of thread in our thread stash today that I needed to repair a shirt! 🤗

4. Homemade cranberry sauce (and the fun popping sounds it makes as it’s cooking 😊).

5. My sweet mom washing my car today. ❤️

    1. These verses from Daniel 5- “The Most High God rules in the kingdom of men, and appoints over it whomever He chooses.” “…and the God who holds your breath in His hand and owns all your ways, you have not glorified.”

  2. On day 12 of this challenge I am thankful for:

    1. Being able to still do pretty much what I want to outside (even though I sometimes overdo it.😮)
    2. Doing a sewing project in our addition while Grace is playing the piano and singing and surprising her by joining in on a song she didn’t think I knew.
    3. Life with my sweet family!
    4. Seeing the delight on my husband’s face when he realizes we are having fried chicken strips for dinner.
    5. My electro therapy unit for when I have overdone things outside.

  3. Good evening! It’s a lovely, cozy evening here after a GORGEOUS Fall day.

    I’m thankful for…
    1. The POWERFUL, atoning blood of Jesus that was spilled for us on the cross, that washes + cleanses our hearts. I read this reminder from Romans 8 today – “He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?…Who is he who condemns? It is Christ who died, and furthermore is also risen, who is even at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us.”❤️
    2. My Bible! The gift of having my very own copy of God’s truth that I can read, underline, note, study, and be so blessed by ANY time!
    3. The faithful, daily prayers + encouragement of a dear friend!! What a BLESSING those are to me!!
    4. A BEAUTIFUL morning product photoshoot! The colors and lighting were gorgeous – such a perfect Fall setting. Thankful!
    5. Apple peeler/corer things, and whoever invented them!!😅
    6. Basic hair accessories + care supplies – shampoo, hair clips, bobby pins, combs…
