Hi! My name is Amanda.
I’m so glad you stopped by my little corner of the blogosphere! 🙂
I am a child of the King of kings, daughter, sister & aunt, writer, homeschool graduate, country girl; a lover of books, music, dark chocolate, history, and old things.
Ever since I can remember, I have loved to write. And what started out as a simple love for writing grew into a love of writing things that pointed others to Jesus Christ. My one desire is to please my Lord and Savior and to know, love, and serve Him more every day, and to tell others of His wondrous works! I hope you are encouraged by my attempts on here to share what God has been teaching me and the stories from my heart.
When I’m not writing, you can find me cleaning houses, teaching piano, singing with my family, helping with my family’s garden & farmer’s market booth, cooking up something yummy in the kitchen, keeping in touch with pen-pals, curled up with a good book, or spending time with my family – either just talking/hanging out, playing games, or enjoying a good movie together.

🌷 I’m the second oldest of seven kids & the oldest girl.
🌷 I love hot tea ☕️
🌷 I am a pastor’s daughter (Baptist in theology, with a desire to be faithful to living by the Word of God).
🌷 The piano is my favorite instrument (to play and listen to 😊).
🌷 A few things I believe in the importance of…
~ Knowing and living by the Word of God in every area of our lives (family, church, and government)
~ Christians being informed about and involved in politics.
~ Being good stewards of the bodies that God has given us by eating natural, nutritious foods.
