  1. The Lord has been so good! Here are my thankfuls…

    Sunday
    1. A reminder that our main focus shouldn’t be on our physical food, life, and needs, but on “the food which endures to everlasting life.” “For the bread of God is He who comes down from heaven and gives life to the world.” John 6:26,33
    2. My siblings singing “Lord, Here’s My Basket” for our church service
    3. Deep discussions with my church family during our fellowship meal ❤
    4. An afternoon walk- and my brother for suggesting it!
    5. The Lord's Day- a day of worship and rest

    Monday
    1. My brother's medical scare not turning into something bad
    2. A few simple, everyday things like… sharp scissors…
    3. …our iron…
    4. … and hot water to wash dishes!
    5. Getting some emails and letters written 🙂

  2. As you have already heard from Amanda and Sarah, our Monday was not quite what we had expected. When your son calls you from work and says he is having chest pains and his left arm feels like it is burning, a lot of things start going through your mind. Thankfully everything checked out okay. As I think over the last two days here is what I am thankful for:

    Sunday
    1. The LORD’s day!
    2. Hearing God’s Word preached.
    3. Seeing a friend at church who had been out for a while taking care of her mother.
    4. Fellowship meal with our church family.
    5. Sunday afternoon naps.

    Monday
    1. God’s mercies that are new every morning.
    2. Encouragement today from the book of Daniel.
    3. A cool sunny morning .
    4. My son’s trip to Health Care Express today showed that his heart did not have any major problems.
    5. Not being asked to wear a mask at the doctor’s office.

  3. Good morning!!🙋🏼‍♀️ It’s a lovely, overcast, autumn Tuesday here, and I’m checking in with my thankful lists from the last two days…

    Sunday – I’m thankful for:
    1. A good study in Matthew 5! One thing that hit me was thoughts shared on meekness (“Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth.”) – how being meek does not mean “weak”…rather humble, and more a character of strength – Strength to bring our desires, temptations, dreams, will, etc. under control; Having strong rule and self-control over my spirit, bringing it to God and walking in HIS Spirit instead.♥
    2. An invigorating evening walk with my mother!♥
    3. Special family time TOGETHER this weekend! Such a blessing these days.
    4. Beautiful, peaceful nights!
    5. Pretty little things that add an extra touch of joy to our day.🙂 Things as simple as paper towels with pretty yellow flowers and very realistic butterflies on them.😉 Or pretty little boxes like the one I keep stickers + washi tape in that reminds me “Live Life in Full Bloom”!

  4. Monday – I’m thankful for:
    1. My Grandma!! For her 88 years of life🎉 and the sweet, positive lady that she is! I’m so thankful for the sweet memories she and I have made together!♥
    2. A GOOD heart-to-heart with my sister!
    3. My niece’s new giggles!! We were delighted by a video of her…apparently she giggled at her daddy for about 5 minutes straight!😂
    4. The beauty of Sugar Maples!
    5. A soooo sweet email from a dear friend!!! (thank you, Sarah!!🙋🏼‍♀️)
    6. EXCITING work projects for the Christmas season!
    7. His peace that He works in our hearts and lives! “For He Himself is our peace…” (Ephesians 2:14a) “You will keep him in PERFECT PEACE, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You…LORD, You will establish peace for us, for You have also done all our works in us.” (Isaiah 26:3,12)
❤️ I hope you all have a very blessed Tuesday! THANK YOU again, Amanda, for putting this on!!
