Today I am thankful for…
1. My brother who lets me borrow his truck when my car is out of commission.
2. These reminders in 1 John – “In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins…Love has been perfected among us in this: that we may have boldness in the day of judgment; because as He is, so are we in this world. There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear.” -1 John 4:10, 17, 18a
3. My brother, sister-in-love, and niece coming over for dinner and spending the night. 🤗
4. My niece’s adorable smile and cute little ways. 🥰
5. Hearing her deliver a very animated message to Grandad that, “Supper is READY!” ☺️😄

Catching up on some thankfulness. I am thankful for:
1. FAMILY!!!
2. A night with my son, daughter-in-law, and sweet granddaughter.🥰
3. Grocery stores that have what we need to make lots of yummy meals.
4. Family fun around the dinner table.
5. A good night’s sleep.

For my Wednesday…I’m thankful for –
1. Having fun and getting Thanksgiving food preparation done.😋
2. A good reminder from a message I heard, talking about Philippians 4:6-7, and the blessing of praising God! Praise lifts our heart UP out of the ditch of discouragement, depression, disappointment, etc. and refreshes our soul! Praise grows our relationship with God, lifts HIM up, and reminds us that He is ABLE, He is in control, and He is enough! “Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.” (Philippians 4:6-7)
3. A sweet evening visit at my sister-in-love and niece’s house! Baby K was so SMILEY for me!!!🤗🤗🤗❤️
4. A discussion with my sister that gave me a reminder and example to be a person of FAITH + TRUST in God – whether things are good, scary, disappointing, not hopeful, or a “no.”
5. Good kitchen tools – sharp Lucas Forge knives😜, peelers, cutting boards, pans, spoons…

I am doing a lot of catch up these past couple of days, so here are my thankfuls for Day 24:
1. God providentially working in Dad’s heart 11 years ago to move to Arkansas to be close to his parents. They didn’t need a lot of help then, but now they are in their 80’s and it is such a blessing to be right here and be able to help them in so many ways.
2. My grandparents!
3. The great cleaning duo Grace and I make! 😆
4. The makings of a ham sandwich that I didn’t know was in the fridge. 😋
5. Getting to sing Come Thou Fount with my niece! ♥️

Finally opening my laptop after thanksgiving break and getting my Thanksgivings posted!!
🍂 11.24 THANKFUL FOR:
1.) A full and fun day spent in the kitchen with family!
2.) For the beginning of a Thanksgiving break and a little extra rest after a whirlwind month!
3.) For the Lord’s mercies which are new EVERY SINGLE MORNING!!
4.) For good coffee and a little extra time spent a the breakfast table!
5.) A warm house as the weather is chilly and rainy today!!
