We have come to the first week of our 7th annual In Everything Give Thanks Challenge, and I am so excited to share some of the wonderful things that I’ve been thanking the Lord for this week, and to read all of yours! As I was looking back on my lists from this past week, I was just so amazed at how good the Lord has been in ALL things! 🙌🏻🧡
I have been meditating a lot on the first verse in the Scripture Memorization Plan:
“And in that day you will say: ‘Praise the LORD, call upon His name; declare His deeds among the peoples, make mention that His name is exalted. Sing to the LORD, for He has done excellent things; this is known in all the earth.'” -Isaiah 12:4-5
May we never cease to sing and to tell of all the excellent things that the Lord has done in the earth, as well as in our own lives!

Here are my highlights from Week 1!
~ My dad who faithfully preaches the Word at our church each week
~ The gift of music, and the ability to stream and listen to thousands of songs 🎶
~ A new cleaning job – an answer to prayer! 🙏🏻
~ Little pops of fall color 🍁
~ Much needed RAIN! 💦
~ The peace we have knowing that God is in control, no matter the outcome of a political election or anything else going on in our world.
~ Early morning walks with my mom 🌅🧡
~ The Lord’s work in my life to continue to grow me and show Himself to me in real ways!
~ All of YOU who are doing this challenge! Y’all are an encouragement to me! 😊
