Hello everyone and happy December 2nd! While I am sad to see see November and this challenge go, I am excited for the Christmas season and all the wonderful things that go along with that. 🤗 I hope everyone had a blessed Thanksgiving! As I was reflecting on God’s goodness to me and my family this past week, I was overwhelmed with just how faithful and kind He is. ❤️
Here are my top thankfuls from Week 4:
- Singing songs with my aunt Lynn and our shared love of music.
- Fresh apple juice! 😋🍎
- My dad and how he is able to fix just about anything.
- My Young Living order coming the same day I started feeling sickly (and I was thankful for feeling much better the next day!)
- Thanksgiving dinners with family and friends 🦃🧡
- My brother and his family coming and staying with us for a whole week! 😊
- Reading and telling stories to my niece and nephew.
- Cozy Saturdays at home + decorating for Christmas!
- A special outing to celebrate my dear friend Glenda’s 2nd heavenly birthday, and remembering the impact she made on my life and so many others’.
- This blessed life I have. God is SO good. ❤️

Thanks Amanda for pointing us towards thankfulness again this year! I did memorize the verses. Some were easy to put to memory and others were a little more challenging but they were all good to think on. I completed all 30 days of the challenge and here are some things I was thankful for during the last week.

Thank you SO much for hosting the challenge, Amanda! (And, wow! What a fun giveaway!!) I very much enjoyed the challenge and am thankful to have written my list of 5+ “thankfuls” every day in November (once after midnight ;))! It’s been a blessing to reflect on things that I so often take for granted.
For Week 4, some of my thankfuls were:
-God will be faithful – always!
-He is the Sustainer of all living!
-In His presence is FULLNESS of JOY!
-My Daddy (whose birthday was on Thanksgiving!)
-My Grandmom (whose 94th birthday was the day after Thanksgiving!)
-God’s strength is made perfect in weakness
-Hymns and songs of praise!
-Jesus bearing my sins in His own body on the tree
-That I, having died to sins, might live for righteousness – by His stripes I am healed! Hallelujah! (1 Peter 2:24)
Thank you again, my friend…and for everyone who has shared your lists! It’s been wonderful to join in giving thanks to our gracious Father in heaven together!

THANK YOU SO MUCH for hosting this challenge, Amanda!!! It has been so wonderful! While I did 30 days’ worth of thankfuls, I actually forgot one day🙊 and had to catch up on the next day. So I’m not sure if that should technically count for fully writing down every day.😉
Here are some of my highlights from our grand finale week:
-the Body of Christ “at large” and that even if there’s hundreds of miles, or even countries between us, we’re one in Christ! Wow, what an awesome and beautiful mystery!
I sure am thankful for you, ladies, and this opportunity that we’ve had to turn our eyes toward Him in gratitude together!

I love reading everyone’s lists of Thankfuls from week to week. One night I couldn’t sleep, so I went to the blog and read through some Thankfuls posts from prior years! There is a cheerfulness and peace that comes through giving thanks. I did complete all the days of the challenge. Though I didn’t get all the verses committed to memory, I did write them out and want to continue to work on memorizing them.
For the final week of November, I recalled some extra-special blessings over the last year that the Lord gave. Here are some of them from my lists:
